What if we approached the complexity of the world’s challenges with humble hearts and minds? What if we let ourselves explore, starting from a place of unknowing and curiosity? There are some questions that cannot be answered from our mind's intelligence, and those are some of the most essential and urgent questions of our lives and the world. THC.FI was founded by Diana Claire Douglas, lead Systemic facilitator at THC, and Anne-Marie Voorhoeve, founder of THC and co-facilitator.
We are supported in these Deep Inquiries by the THC core team and participants from a growing community of those interested in THC.FI’s work.

In 2020, UNITY EARTH Facilitated a pilgrimage to the Holy Land for 100 spiritual leaders from around the world. This visit to Jordan, Palestine and Israel was hosted by Ecopeace Middle East, and the issue of water and the Jordan River were central as was the commemoration of UN World Interfaith Harmony Week. In preparation for this sacred journey we conducted a number of Constellation workshops with Diana Clare Douglas and her team. These constellations were incredibly powerful, offering insight into the complex web of relationships we were entering into. I am convinced that this constellation work helped prepare us for this journey and enabled a meaningful and valuable experience for all who participated.
